Sunny and I went to NYC this weekend with our friends Colin, Martha, and Danielle. We went to a conference called Awakening. It was an awesome conference that inspired us to get real about our Christian walk. The conference was sponsored by Christian City Church (which we’ve never heard of before but apparently started in Australia and has spread like wild fire.) In attendance was Christian City Church Manhatten, C3 from Canada, C3 from Sydney and others. We loved one of their worship songs. Here is comes:

Hi Dave and Sunny! So nice meeting you the other night! Fun to investigate your website, and to be reminded that we share an anniversary! And good to see how Awakening impacted your lives. Did you begin applying to Wycliffe after that?
When I get back to Taiwan I’ll explore more starting a FAITH website. Thanks for your offer to use your website for FAITH. Will let you know what I find out and decide. You can let me know, too, anything you think is important for getting started. I just know there is a guy in Taiwan who serves the mission community who can help. If he says I need to buy a website, I’ll let him know I have a friend who has offered! Thank you!
Will be praying for your future ministry. Have you ever considered getting more Bible training? You’ll never regret it. I wish I had had more formal training, but I passed the Wycliffe Bible knowledge test, so no one ever required it of me.
